On a planet far from earth, a priestess places an amethyst necklace around the neck of a tiny child. This child is then sent off into the universe, to remain safe in obscurity until it can be called back to take on its true purpose as a Guardian. What happens to that child out among the stars? And what happens if it cannot be found? Wayne has always been a little different. We all know people who don’t quite fit in, right? But The Dancer is a story about a person whose life hasn’t made sense for a long time. His losses are greater than most, but his dreams of happiness, security, family are the same as anyone’s. Ms. Campbell’s hero is remarkably resilient in the face of challenges most of us would not be able to survive. There is a romance, a love story, but with a twist that adds something more.

The sex is graphic, the characters intense, and the backdrops dramatic in this story of truly star-crossed lovers.
