He’s immediately drawn to the beautiful blonde sitting by alone. He wants her; she wants him. Yet as the attraction heats up and he wants her to go away with him, she still has a job to do. She’s never known love or if she’s even capable of it. Can she take a chance on it with this man who doesn’t know about her darker side? Can he let her have her secrets and take a chance on seeing what might lie ahead for them?
This is a very short story and there isn’t time for much character development. Her external conflict is obvious. The conflict between them lies with her secret. Overall, the story is okay, but could have been much more.
