Evangaline can’t be classified as a ‘nice witch’ and she’s good with that. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have needs though and when she meets a sexy shifter, even though he pisses her off, he also hits all the right buttons. Ryker is used to females running like hell when he comes around. He’s big, blunt and probably could be more charming, but he doesn’t see a need. When the two are tossed together to do security work, the chemistry explodes. But for Ryker, the attraction is much more than sex, and Evangaline is just going to have to deal with that…or kill him.
I loved Wickedest Witch. Ryker and Evangaline are a great pair and I was cheering for them from the second they met, though I swear Evangaline was giving me dirty looks as I pulled out my pom poms. The supporting characters were so rich and wonderful that they helped push the story past sexy short into something so much more fun. Any paranormal romance lover looking for something a little different will find it in Wickedest Witch and they won’t be disappointed.
