**Book Two of the Phoenix Prophecy

What an interesting plot the author wove, from the prologue to the end. If you think this is just another werewolf story or just another M/F/M story, you’re wrong. It is both of those and more.

Jayce and Ryder Vanir are twin wolves who were cast out from their pack as hell-raisers and now work as bounty hunters for bad-ass paranormals. More than that, though, they’ve always believed because of their uniqueness as twins they can never have normal mate relationships. They are doomed to going from woman to woman, loving hard, but never forever.

Caitlin grew up as their shadow, always protected by them until they were forced from her pack. She has loved both of them her whole life, but never believed anything could come of her young girl’s dreams. Even seeing them again after all these years, she fears that she’ll never find true happiness. She still loves them, but…

For a novella and not a lot of time for story development, this one was well done. The characters were nicely developed, with just enough background revealed. Each of the three main characters had depth to them, plus there was good depth given to the two side characters. I always a good villain to detest. The external conflicts were strong and pulled a reader forward, hoping they can be overcome. And the plot twist worked well.

I’m really disgusted with myself for not having read Book One of the Phoenix Prophecy, but I’ll be sure to look for it. Saying that, I recommend you look for both novellas. And watch for the continuation of the series.
