Another bad boy bites the dust, or at least finds the woman to tame him.

Shardae Simmons is the chief of security with the difficult task of overseeing the escort of three traitors to a penal outpost.  As if that isn’t difficult enough, she is assigned the captain’s troublemaking son as the new pilot.  Even worse, she is attracted to the well-known womanizer.

Zander Reyes is frustrated by his overblown reputation as a bad boy and tired of being sent from assignment to assignment and never welcome. This is his chance to prove his worth to his father and everyone else.  He doesn’t want any complications with women this time.  But then he meets his new superior officer.  His life has just gotten much more complicated.

I love a good “bad boy” and Zander won me over from the start. The characters were well drawn, had depth, and the internal and external conflicts were strong. A good story for anyone interested in a romantic sci-fi tale with a hint of danger and plenty of sexual heat.
