Rhys suffers from a damaged body and a wounded ego, certain he won’t ever find a woman who can accept his scars. Then he meets Lauren and he thinks just maybe…until she bites him. But can they get beyond their serious differences?
The characters were fairly well developed for such a short story and their conflicts believable. Personally, I enjoyed their growth together.
